i didn’t throw Tenley a first birthday party, so i felt like i needed to throw her a second brithday party despite Ben being deployed (i can already hear her giving me a hard me when she’s older for that!). finding a theme wasn’t hard. “tenley’s twotti fruitti” had a great ring to it. super easy theme, no specific color scheme and a ton of fruit! so, with the help of Chic Unique Vintage Rentals and Events , this was all possible!
how cute are these pineapple cups?
it wouldn’t be a birthday party if the birthday girl didn’t cry! she wore this shirt the day of her actual birthday with a white tutu!
and the only photo we got of her with this number two balloon before it blew away….
and this cake! i am fortunate that my mother-in-law makes not only yummy cakes but they are absolutely beautiful! the cookies are from a local gal that i found, and i am always blown away how people can make food look too good to eat!
the balloons came from various shops online because i was really specific about what they looked liked. they had to be big and loud, no faces and bright colors!
it’s only appropriate to have smarties in a number two dish because that’s basically what a two year old is!
i found her adorable invitations on Etsy. the sweetest people to work with!
because we all know kids would rather have squeezable fruit!
Target always comes to the rescue, can i get an AMEN? the pineapple glasses i found last minute and somehow on clearance!
my favorite part of this photo is my girl’s outfit! this watermelon skirt with the pom poms & matching bow is everything.
